1. Scope of Services
Sync Convert provides high-end AI automation, digital transformation consulting, and custom integration solutions. Our scope is defined strictly by the signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement. We reserve the right to refine technical implementations to ensure system stability and performance.

Legal Binding
Engagement with Sync Convert constitutes a binding contract. These terms are non-negotiable unless explicitly overridden by a signed master service agreement between C-suite representatives.
2. Client Obligations
Effective digital transformation requires active participation. The Client is responsible for:
Data Provisioning
Timely access to clean, structured data and necessary API credentials.
Internal Buy-in
Ensuring internal stakeholders are aligned with automation transitions.
Compliance Verification
Confirming all provided data meets industry-specific privacy standards.
3. Dependencies
Our solutions often leverage third-party Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud providers, and API ecosystems. Sync Convert is not liable for service interruptions caused by:

API CHANGES
PROVIDER AUTH
LLM UPDATES
While we architect for redundancy, external platform stability is outside our direct control.
4. Critical Disclaimers
META & GOOGLE ADVERTISING
Sync Convert is an independent entity. All Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Cloud services used within our automations are subject to their respective terms. We do not guarantee ad performance or ROI as these are influenced by market variables beyond algorithmic control.
AI ACCURACY
Artificial Intelligence systems are probabilistic, not deterministic. Sync Convert implements rigorous testing, but the Client acknowledges that "hallucinations" or edge-case inaccuracies are inherent to current LLM technology and agrees to perform final human review of AI-generated outputs.
